15-10-5.

At the end of my workouts, I would end with a half-hour treadmill walk at an incline and this seemed like a reasonable option to get some cardio in.
However, despite its effectiveness, it left an undeniable sense of monotony. It was the realization that the same calorie-burning results could be achieved in a fraction of the time with jump rope exercises.
This sparked a transformation.
Although initially unskilled at jump roping, the determination to embrace change (and carve off 20 mins off my workouts) shone through.
