About Me

I’m Stefano Ferra—a communicator, storyteller, and lifelong learner who believes that every project, big or small, is an opportunity to connect with people in a meaningful way.

My journey started in my family’s café, where I learned early how to read a room, listen carefully, and turn a simple interaction into a memorable experience. From there, I joined the Edmonton Public Library as a Student Page, quickly stepping into a team lead role. I trained new staff, helped relocate an entire branch to Londonderry Mall, and earned a nomination for Best Customer Service—rare for a student role.

I then brought my skills into the corporate world with Rogers Communications. Over five years, I ranked in the top ten for my area, helped my team win Store of the Quarter ten times (five consecutively), and played a role in redesigning how promotions are showcased nationwide. That experience taught me how to adapt quickly, work collaboratively, and thrive in high-pressure environments.

Alongside my sales success, I’ve built a diverse creative portfolio. I’ve:

  • Developed social media campaigns and community-driven content for Holistic Healing Mama.
  • Produced engaging podcast episodes for Holistic Doula Haven.
  • Created trend-savvy short-form content for Superpulls.
  • Partnered with MacEwan University’s Research Institute of Urban Wellness to produce a two-part series on sustainable farming at Green & Gold Garden and two podcast episodes for the Relevance Report.

I’m naturally curious, detail-oriented, and endlessly resourceful. People describe me as adaptable and approachable—someone who can move between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution with ease. I’m drawn to projects with purpose, where my mix of marketing strategy, storytelling, and project management can make a tangible difference.

At the heart of it, I’m someone who thrives on making ideas happen. I take pride in creating work that’s thoughtful, impactful, and built to last—whether it’s a conversation at a café counter, a national marketing campaign, or a story told through a microphone. For me, it’s never just about getting the job done; it’s about doing it with meaning, creativity, and connection.
